Interesting in the Six

So maybe the Cleveland Cavaliers won’t breeze their way to the NBA Finals.

The Toronto Raptors knotted the series at 2-2 last night, making the series now the best of 3 games for the right to represent the Eastern Conference.

With Drake in attendance the Lowry and DeRozan back court combined for 67 points and have the Cavaliers on the ropes.

I initially thought this would be a good series when the match-up was set, but the Raptors had me questioning my basketball expertise with 2 lackluster games in Games 1 and 2. The Raptors have responded well however and Bismack Biyombo have been a rebounding machine grabbing 26 and 14 in respective games.

Game 5 now shifts back to Cleveland with the Cavaliers looking to respond after suffering back to back defeats in Toronto.

I still believe Cleveland is the favorite in the series but perhaps they just need some home cooking to get back on track.

  1. As much as I love basketball, I haven’t been able to follow the series at all — too many other things going on in my life. 😉 Thanks for your commentary, Eugene. Hoping to watch tonight! 🙂
